Customer Support First
ANASUYA SHAKTI PRIVATE LIMITED believes in helping customers as far as possible and has adopted a liberal cancellation policy.
Cancellation Window
- Cancellations are considered only if the request is made immediately after placing the order.
- Requests may not be accepted once vendors or merchants have initiated fulfillment.
Product Issues
- Cancellation requests for perishable items may not be accepted.
- Refund or replacement may be considered where product quality issues are established.
- Damaged or defective items must be reported to customer service within the allowed period so verification and resolution can be initiated.
Resolution and Refund Timing
- Warranty-related complaints should be addressed to the manufacturer where applicable.
- Approved refunds are processed to the end customer within the policy timeline communicated by the company.
